Delivery & Returns
We aim to deliver any UK Mainland orders for stock items as soon as possible.
Postage, packaging & insurance . At present UK destinations only.Returns.Goods can be refunded if returned within 14 days of delivery providing they are in the same new condition.A full refund will be given on the goods but postage cannot be refunded unless the wrong item has been sent...If for any reason an item is not available for immediate despatch, we will e mail you to give the option of waiting or being refunded.Payments- Paypal which accepts most credit/debit cards.
Items should be returned to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, receipt/invoice and a covering letter, we will then be happy to exchange or refund you with the product price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that the below items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
•Made to Measure Items
•Items made in personalised colours.
Thorowgood/ Kent and Master saddles and Fairfax saddles- by strict instruction from the manufacturer -cannot be discounted.these saddles can
only be sold if fitted by myself or with an order from another saddler .
•Special order items including Specialist Bits and Specialist Leatherwork
•Soft rubberi Bits - The delicate nature of the materrial can mean that if chewed by the horse it may result in damage to the mouth piece or in extreme cases breakage. Under these circumstances and as this is not a fault with the item, we will not accept the return of soft bits.
You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.
All goods returned to us must be in a clean condition. Any goods that are deemed as too soiled to handle will be returned to you.
A postage fee will be charged for all exchanges.
